60-minute or 90-minute Sessions


These integrated sessions work with your beliefs, goals and current habits to create actual changes in your level of health and wellbeing.

Traditional principles of natural medicine are coupled up with the most recent research findings from psychology, neuroscience, biochemistry and other health sciences.

An example session would include;

  • character strength-based education,
  • individualised food suggestions,
  • tools to build self-effectiveness and mastery, along with;
  • simple, yet very effective techniques to get back in ‘flow’.


This is often achieved by:

Looking briefly at what is not working for you – diet, lifestyle patterns, beliefs and other outdated habits.

Being honest as to why these things continue.

Making intention to change, and making a pact to include behaviours that will allow progress.

A Little Something for Everyone


Each session flows in accordance with individual needs.

For instance, there may be more of an emphasis on a full-body health assessment and nutritional/naturopathic treatment of symptoms due to physical injury or lifestyle.

Alternatively, there may be a focus on honing in on beliefs and perspectives which may be hindering necessary change and evolution while also feeding into repeated (unwanted) patterns of behaviour.

Magic often happens here.

Mind-body medicine is also considered in some sessions, as some physical symptoms may clearly be signalling more of a psycho-emotional balance.

Whatever issue is being presented, health transformation goals change can be achieved when honesty, courage and a willingness to tackle the root causes of outdated habits and patterns contributing to less than optimal health have been addressed.

Nutritional Medicine

  • Healing/reconnecting communication between the gut and the brain (gut-brain axis).
  • Working with improved digestion/absorption of nutrients.
  • Eliminating internal environments conducive to bacterial/fungal overgrowth.
  • Replenishing deficiencies mostly with diet, using supplements initially/ only if necessary.
  • Making sure enjoyable foods and activities are not excluded from your lifestyle!
  • Meal plans, food suggestions and guidance specifically around choosing sources of nutrients as well as ways to obtain daily needs.

Replenishing Purpose

  • Recreating vitality through honing in on personal skills and character strengths.
  • Working to find, or make room for more clarity surrounding what you most value.
  • Using techniques from Positive Psychology to increase resilience.
  • Working to eliminate outdated beliefs or habits that are stifling, and replace with ones more suited to who you are now/who you are becoming.

Mind-Body Medicine

  • Sometimes (often), weaknesses demonstrated by recurrent injury, physical weakness, blocks, limited movement, pain or heaviness can demonstrate deeper issues at play – or at least themes that need to be dealt with. Along with clinical assessment and history checks, these symptoms can be particularly insightful!
